As per SEBI and AMFI guidelines, PickGrowth Fintech provides full transparency regarding commissions received from AMCs.
- PickGrowth Fintech receives only trail commissions from AMCs. No upfront commissions or incentive‑based commissions are accepted.
- All commissions are paid directly by AMCs and are included within the Total Expense Ratio (TER) of the scheme.
- Investors may refer to their Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) issued by the Registrar or AMC, which reflects the total commission paid to distributors for their investments.
- PickGrowth Fintech does not receive any remuneration, gifts, or non‑cash benefits from AMCs or their associates that could give rise to a conflict of interest.
- Any changes to the trail commission structure will be disclosed on this website on a quarterly basis, in accordance with AMFI guidelines.
- PickGrowth Fintech has opted out of transaction charges for all mutual fund schemes. Accordingly, no transaction charges are applicable on purchases of mutual fund products.
